Performance and characteristics:
1、 采用40#刚主轴，螺旋叶片采用Q345锰钢焊接提高耐磨程度，根据不同物料特性设计压缩比，达到*佳脱水、脱脂效果。
1. Adopt 40# steel shaft; the helical blade adopts Q345 manganese steel welding to improve the wear-resisting degree; design the compression ratio according to the properties of different materials, in order to reach the best dewatering and degreasing effect.
2、 采用励磁调速，针对不同物料调节主轴转速，根据产量大小主轴可做单轴或双轴结构。
2. Adopt excitation governor and adjust the speed of the main shaft according to different materials. The main shaft can be made into single-shaft configuration or double-shaft configuration.
3、 筛网和外罩采用不锈钢制作，提高抗腐蚀能力延长设备使用寿命。
3. The screen mesh and the outer cover adopt stainless steel, to improve corrosion resistance and extend service life.
4、 全封闭结构确保生产过程中无漏液现象，保持工作环境的整洁。

适用范围：

蒸煮后的鱼及下角料、水解的羽毛粉、蒸煮后的血、内脏、肠、餐厨垃圾的脱脂脱水。
