塑料模CAE技术发展概况 Lecture on the CAE Technology for Plastic Moulds The Development of the CAE Technology for Plastic Moulds <<模具工业 >>2001年01期 CAD/CAM技术在塑料模设计制造领域的应用缩短了模具设计制造周期，提高了制造质量，但对如何获得优化的设计方案，保证模具的使用性能(可否成型、成型精度、成型效率等)，CAD/CAM技术则显得无能为力。塑料模CAE技术的出现为优化模具设计方案，保证模具使用性能提供了新的途径。从技术及应用角度出发，系统地介绍了塑料模CAE技术的概况、内涵及发展趋势。 The application of the CAD/CAM technology to the design andmanufacture of the plastic moulds shortened the mould designing and manufacturing cycle and improved the manufacturing quality. As for how to gain the optimized design and ensure the operation properties (forming success or failure, forming precision, forming efficiency) of the moulds, the CAD/CAM technology seems to be helpless. The appearance of the CAE technology offered a new way for optimizing the mould design and for ensuring the mould's operation properties. A general survey of the CAE technology for plastic moulds, its connotation and developing trend were systemically introduced from the aspects of technology and application. |
