We need to know the joint length.

Heating time: 3-10mins for Oil and gas pipeline with 711-1422mm diameter
We need to know the pipeline diameter and coating thickness for design the coil.
Blanket coil size: Lngth(Weld joint length+120mm)*Width(Heating length)*30mm
Precautions for equipment installation and operation:
1. Fix the thermocouple: the center of the weld, above the pipe.
2. Fix the insulation blanket: the center of the weld, and the opening is below the pipe |
