产品介绍: TL9000 4.0 (两本手册)
TL9000：是由一群包含 Bell、AT&T、GTE、Motorola -- 等世界卓越之通信服务提供者 (Telecommunications Service Providers ；TSP)以及他们的供货商组成「通信业领袖卓越品质论坛」(QuEST Forum ： Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunications Leadership Forum)，基于要明订通信电子业包含硬件、软件、服务各部门从设计→开发→制造→配送→安装→维护的品质系统要求，以 ISO 9000 为基础，共同努力发展的一项以通信电子业产品为主的品质管理标准 - TL 9000。
TL 9000经由美国品质学会(ASQ)将其分为「TL 9000品质管理系统要求手册(Quality Management System Requirements Handbook)」 与 「TL 9000品质管理系统量测手册(Quality Management System Measurements Handbook)」两本书发行。
★ TL 9000 Measurements Handbook (Release 4.0) 测量手册
The TL 9000 Quality Management System (QMS) Measurements Handbook Release 4.0 is currently available. Soft copy site licenses are available NOW to QuEST Forum member companies. Contact the Forum Administrator for information about site licenses.
The handbook is effective January 1, 2007. Data dated January 2007 may be submitted under the rules of this handbook starting February 1, 2007 and all data dated July 2007 or later must be submitted according to this handbook.
Auditors must have delta training before conducting a third party audit to R4.
